SHIPPING POLICY
Our shop has items stocked in Canberra and China warehouse (Yiwu & Jinhua). Handling and delivery times vary depending on the warehouse location. Please check product description in relation to warehouse location of the product before placing an order.
For items in our Canberra warehouse, we ship items via Australia Post within 2-3 business days from the date you have ordered. For bulky items, we utilise CourierPlease and ship every Saturday. You will receive your item 3-10 days from date of shipment where an email or message confirmation along with a tracking number would be provided. Please note that delivery to metropolitan areas are usually quicker. Any delays beyond this time frame due to carrier issues and Covid-19 is beyond our control to which we would not hold accountability for.
For items stocked overseas, we offer free shipping anywhere in Australia. Processing time is normally 3-5 business days whilst delivery time is 8-14 business days.
Return & Exchange Policy
Upon receiving your order, please check for any damage and contact us immediately for issues and we can arrange for refund or replacement. In cases where you have had a change of mind, you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you have received it. To be eligible, item must be unused, in the same condition as when received and in original packaging. However, shipping for sending it back will be of cost to you.
We will conduct an inspection of the returned item and notify you on the status of your refund request. We will arrange immediate refund once approved.
